Blessings Times Two

Welcome to our little piece of the world. We are blessed with health, happiness, & families. We have been blessed twice by different birthfamilies. Each birthfamily was at a time in their life when they needed us & we needed them. We each have been able to bless the other. So this blog is primarily for our children's birthparents who blessed us with the most precious gift of being parents. Thank you for allowing us to be blessed with the precious gift of children.

I've been a S-L-A-C-K-E-R!!!

We are hanging in there, doing well.  School is in full session.  The first six weeks is almost over...so, we'll see how Middle School is going for everyone.
Hayden is back in the swing of school, OT/Speech, Ride w/ Pride routine.
I hate that the change of seasons is upon us...I won't lie I AM A SUMMER child.
We have taken advantage of every summer/sunny day we can.

We (minus Hayden) took off for the weekend to see our Alabama friends.  The momma's headed to a conference, while the daddy's got to watch the older kids & football.  It was a fast weekend, but worth every moment of the time traveling.  It was great to see our friends, relax, recharge & just be.
I enjoyed the conference put on by the Southern Baptist Convention .dotmom for 2 days.
I haven't downloaded the camera yet from our weekend.  I had to complete a work project once home last evening.  But here are some end of summer pictures to share.
