Hard to believe that school wrapped up the first week of June. Shayla was more than ready for second grade to be over. Hayden was just getting into the groove & can we say that WE MISS SCHOOL?!!!! Try as we might we just don't give the same instruction as his awesome teachers give. But Hayden will go to summer school the month of July.
Shayla attended Vacation Bible School the week after school finished. Although she won't admit it ---she had a good time ;).
She has spent several days w/ her good friends this past week just hanging out, it's all about summer, swimming & silliness.
Hayden has the busiest hands that I know...he is into everything! Don't turn your back as he will be into your drink, your food, turning the TV, up on the table, pulling the dog's tail, etc.....BUT the good news is that he is now 8 weeks seizure free & tolerating one of his meds being tapered, ie weaning him off of it.
We finally hooked up w/ a local photographer for a session. That was fun & he got some great shots of the kids.
Where are pictures you ask?! Welllllllll, I have too many pictures currently on my apple laptop & I am waiting for a little help to get get them downloaded onto an external hard drive so I can upload some new pictures. Soon, very soon new picture ;)
We are excited about getting away for vacation next week. Driving to Texas for our cousins wedding it will be good to see family & friends.
