as hard as i try to post once a week, it just doesn't seem to happen.
but i'll keep trying :)!
last weekend, we traveled back to tenn to see tim's grandfather. bob is a funny man. he is pretty hard of hearing & while i'm not sure he always heard everything we said...he had his opinion on everything.
the kids did well traveling down late friday evening after i got off work & both fell asleep for a while. hayden didn't like the confinement of the small hotel room & missed being able to roam freely.
we were able to take the kids to a local park both saturday & sunday, enjoy the pool on saturday & resting.
the big news on the home front is that the deck is nearing completion, wahoo! next is measuring & ordering the railing for the deck. our fence for the back yard is slated to start in the next 2 weeks. hopefully, all these little projects will be done by hayden's birthday time...including the play yard up?? (one can dream right?!)
these early days at work are getting to me & the church pew nod is happening now.
