Blessings Times Two

Welcome to our little piece of the world. We are blessed with health, happiness, & families. We have been blessed twice by different birthfamilies. Each birthfamily was at a time in their life when they needed us & we needed them. We each have been able to bless the other. So this blog is primarily for our children's birthparents who blessed us with the most precious gift of being parents. Thank you for allowing us to be blessed with the precious gift of children.

Catch up.....

October....My Honey died....she was ready to go to the grandest of grandest of tea parties...heaven


November....Celebrated Thanksgiving with our families. Continue to work on seizure control for our Monkey Boy

December....began working on a second/third/fourth opinion on Hayden's seizure control at John Hopkins...had a quiet Christmas, just our little family








January 2011....Shayla turned ELEVEN!  Seems hard to believe that our first bundle of joy is becoming such a beautiful young lady. The kids missed 3 days of school due to snow days. I had a busy call week (& started Weight Watchers---ugh!), Hayden had multiple doctor appointments & we count the days down until Hayden's appointment at Hopkin's.



Febuary---sad to say that I am counting the days down to Hayden's Hopkin's appt. we now have his records from UVa to take with us...I'll spend the next couple of days putting everything in order, keeping our minds open to what the appt will have to offer b/c all this night time seizures totally stink!

I'll be aiming to keep this updated better this year.
