Do you remember where you were 6 yrs ago?

Do you remember the way our state, country pulled together?

Yes, I remember. As I got ready for work oh so very early this morning...I was thinking about that day.
I can recall EXACTLY where I was & what I was doing when the first acts of violence occurred on our nation--I was taking Shayla to reading time at the library. I was working part-time then & it was routine for she & I to head to the library if I was off on Tuesdays.
I was scared, hurt, upset, terrified.......what was to come?!
I remember how FULL our church was the Sunday following this event & the next few weeks. I remember having the TV on CNN continuously for days listening to the updates.
We are blessed to live in the USA.
