Pumpkins

Plans for the pumpkin patch got changed for this weekend.
Dad & Tim need to get a load of lumber for our deck tomorrow before Tim goes to work. So the pumpkin patch w/ the hay ride got axed. But not to fear....there was a little pumpkin patch in town on a hill, so we went there.
Today was cool & windy, just like fall should be, like you invision it...cool & crisp.
Shayla & Hayden had fun checking out the pumpkins. And Hayden being the boy that he is, well, he had even more fun knocking the pumpkins over & trying to run away from me, while Shayla searched for the 'perfect' pumpkin.
Shayla finally declared the pumpkin trip a success. She picked out one larger pumpkin...it's perfect to carve & one smaller one.
